This mini resort is tucked away in a rural part of Peyia, only 1 km away from the village centre and just 15 mins drive to the Blue Flag beach of Coral Bay. A perfect choice for either permanent living or using as a holiday home. Also a super choice if you plan to generate an income from holiday lets as it is perfect for year round enjoyment.
The development consists of 5 seperate blocks with 12 units in each block and these are made up of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with large covered verandas. The 2 bedroom apartments having the additional feature of an en suite to master bedroom.
Set on the edge of the village of Peyia with lovely mountain views this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy life. There are also limited sea views. As a resident you have access to an Outdoor Jacuzzi set in pretty gardens overlooking the pool and with rural views where you can relax and contemplate what you should do next. You may fancy a game of Bowls on the bowling green, or if you are energetic how about a game of squash in the Squash court.
