About the Property

This delightful maisonette is in a lovely setting looking out onto a park in one direction and olive trees in the other.
It comprises of sitting/dining room leading to garden approximately 12 x 10m that is very private, separate kitchen and guest WC. Stairs to 3 bedrooms, master has ensuite and shares a good sized balcony with bedroom 2 and family bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

The house has access to the large swimming pool on the roof however there will be an extra charge to cover maintenance if this is to be used by the owners.
Communal expenses are 50 euros per month. Covered parking for 2/3 cars. This 15 year old property is having renovation work to the outside within the next year for which the money has already been paid. There is level access to the maisonette. Furniture can be left subject to negotiation.
