Peyia has long been a favourite spot for holiday makers and ex pats partly due to its fantastic location close to the nearby Coral bay resort and a perfect base to explore the entire Paphos district from the Akamas Penisula to the harbour at Latchi near Polis. The village itself has kept its Cypriot identity with the municipal gardens and the Church a focal point and has a wide range of shops, supermarkets and a good selection of restaurants from the local dishes to a selection of European restaurants.
This semi detached villa is in the Lower Peyia area and is well placed to have easy access to the local shops and restaurants and a short drive to the village centre. Coral bay resort is only a few minutes drive and has a popular sandy beach which has the coveted Blue Flag Status and a real holiday atmosphere with lots of bars and restaurants and mini golf fun for all the family!

Outside there are patios to the front and side of the house and large palm trees in the low maintenance garden. The driveway has a pergola and parking for 1 car and there is an outside tap. The communal pool is a short walk away and is shared by the other residents a perfect place to relax and make new friends or have an early morning swim!
