About the Proeprty

The Villa is located about 3 minutes walk to the village square and is one of 7 select properties all with private pools and parking. Recently completed, it is situated at the end of a newly constructed private road and is immediately available for occupation.

About the Area & Location

Letymbou is a typically quaint cypriot village that lies approximately 14.5 kilometers from the northeast side of Paphos and about 40 minutes drive from Paphos Airport.
Nestling amongst grapevines for wine making, citrus trees, almond and fruit trees, the village offers quiet relaxation whilst having 3 typically cypriot coffee shops/tavernas, a friendly english bar and a quite authentic cypriot restaurant.

Approximately 5 minutes drive to Polemi provides minimarkets, village bakery, banking facilities and several tavernas.

Also within 5 minutes drive is Minthis Hills Golf Club. Founded in 1994 on the hills of Tsada and set on the grounds of 12th century monastery, it plays to a par 71 and measures 5828 meters. With and altitude of 550 meters above sea level, cool breezes are refreshing especially during the hot summer months.

Letymbou has several churches, the oldest being the church of Saint Kirikos and Ioulitis which is a beautiful ecclesiastic building situated in the southeastern part of the village. It is a cruciform church with a dome and dates back to the 12th century.
During its recent restoration, some wall paintings were found dating back to the churches creation.
