The village of Agios Dimitrianos is still very much a traditional village with its narrow streets and coffee shop and is home to both British and Cypriot locals. The second bedroom has also built in wardrobe and a wooden double doorway to the courtyard. Adjacent to these bedrooms there is a separate WC and a shower room and WC. There is scope to make another bedroom which is currently used as a store room.
The main living and dining room are separated by an archway and there is a stone fireplace. Both rooms have high vaulted ceiling and patio doors onto the patio into a second courtyard garden and pool area. The pool is L shaped with and outside shower and is very private. There are tiered raised flower beds and lots of shady places to relax under the archways and sun worshippers can enjoy the sun terrace around the pool.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 are accessed via two routes either via the Consevatory or from the first courtyard via a stone staircase and share a shower room and wc. The master bedroom has air con and ceiling fans and built in wardrobes and a window with courtyard views.
