This immaculate, 3 bedroom bungalow is in a most enviable postion, in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, 300 metres from the sea and a few minutes walk form the main coast road.
A spacious bungalow, on a large plot, with a beautiful interior and most attractive landscaped garden. The current owners have put in many extras, including a solar heated pool, satellite T.V., guttering, wireless alarm system, shutters, gazebo, granite work surfaces and much more.
You enter the villa through a central front door, with spacious dining/kitchen to the left, leading to a rear door into the garden. To the right is a large open plan lounge and straight ahead is a corridor leading to 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Chloraka
Chloraka is a nice village near the sea. The area has grown in popularity in recent years and many properties have been built there as the area offers such fantastic views.
A well known landmark in Chloraka is the shipwreck. Back in March 1998, heavy seas caused the Honduran-flagged M/V Demetrios II into some rocks in the shallow waters just off the coast near Paphos Lighthouse, close to Chloraka Village. The ship was en route from Greece to Syria and was carrying a cargo of timber.
Luckily the crew of eight men ? four Greeks, two Pakistanis and two Syrians were all airlifted to safety by a British Military helicopter.
The vessel was left stranded on rocks near the Paphos lighthouse, where it remains to this day.
The area of Chloraka has enough shops, restaurants and banks to fulfil the needs of locals and visitors. It is a reasonable distance to Paphos Airport and other major towns such as Coral Bay and Kato Paphos.
Why Use Us?
Huge changes have taken place in Cyprus since entering the European Community in May 2004.
Using an established company makes sense when you are making such a large financial investment. You need to feel confident and comfortable about the people you are working with. I have been selling in Cyprus since 1989, especially in Paphos, which I know like a local. I have also bought many properties myself and my first hand experience enables me to understand the needs and anxieties when buying overseas.
I deal with around 15 medium sized developing companies who have proved themselves over the years for quality, reliability, good after-sales service and are financially sound. Plus I have a very wide selection of re-sale properties that currently account for the majority of sales. Re-sales have many benefits of course, namely the property is completed, you can walk around it, see its exact size, out look and views from the windows, where appropriate gardens are laid, the area around you is usually completed and all the time consuming extras are in place, e.g. Light fittings, air conditioning, curtains and blinds, curtain tracks, white goods etc. I know all of the properties and projects personally and can talk with authority about them. I rarely need to involve other agents.
My services are free to you. I am with you from the beginning of the transaction and will be with you for as long as you need me. Many of my clients come to me as a result of recommendations and many return when they want to buy and sell again.
Call Gloria today on 01767 641564 for an informal chat about this property or any aspect of buying and living in Cyprus.
