Kalavassos is a picturesque traditional village, centrally located between Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia. This lovely village retains it/s traditional Cypriot charm and ambiance with the focus of the friendly community centered around the village square, with it/s coffee shops, beautiful church and stone houses. This lovely village also has the added benefit of only being 10 minutes away from many beautiful beaches in the local area.

Inspired by traditional Cypriot design this lovely village-type resort comprises 28 one bedroom apartments, 28 two bedroom apartments, 8 two bedroom houses and 4 three bedroom houses. Most of the houses have a private swimming pool.

All of these homes are surrounded by landscaped gardens and many indoor and outdoor facilities including tennis courts, open green bowling field, mini-football pitch and running track. Two large resident/s swimming pools and traditional restaurant and cafeteria provide the perfect environment for socialising and relaxation.
