Plus I have a very wide selection of re-sale properties that currently account for the majority of sales. Re-sales have many benefits of course, namely the property is completed, you can walk around it, see its exact size, out look and views from the windows, where appropriate gardens are laid, the area around you is usually completed and all the time consuming extras are in place, e.g. Light fittings, air conditioning, curtains and blinds, curtain tracks, white goods etc. I know all of the properties and projects personally and can talk with authority about them. I rarely need to involve other agents.
