This is a very well presented villa in a superb location in Lower Peyia, with protected views to the sea and coastline.

It is one of just five custom built villas in a private cul-de-sac with a large attractive pool and sunbathing area.

Peyia

Peyia, once a traditional villa has now developed into a bustling little town with every amenity. Over recent years it has become a very popular place for British Residency and as a result there has been a lot of investment with a wide assortment of properties built and because of its elevated position many have breathtaking views of the sea and coastline.

Its popularity is due also to its prime location, as it is just a few minutes drive from the well known beauty spots of Coral Bay, with its amazing sandy beach, Sea Caves, with its marvellous scuba diving, the natural, unspoilt Lara Bay, where the green turtles lay their eggs, the little fishing resort of St Georges and The National Park of The Akamas.

Plus if you head north through the little town of Peyia you find yourself once again surrounded by beautiful, natural scenery, small traditional villages and it will be an alternative route to the Polis west coastal region of Cyprus
