This Villa has wonderful views over open countryside to the mountains and is set on a generous sized plot in the peaceful village of Anarita.

As you enter the Villa the downstairs living area is open plan and has a hallway to the living/dining area and seperate kitchen. There is a seperate guest WC. Upstairs the master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and balcony with seaviews. The other two double bedrooms share the main bathroom. There are floor to ceiling wardrobes in all of the bedrooms giving lots of storage.

The floor and wall tiles throughout are in neutral creams and beiges and the walls have been painted magnolia which complements the light oak kitchen and wardrobes. Airconditioning units with a reverse cycle for heating in the winter months have been installed in all of the rooms.

Outside the garden has been planted with Palm trees to the front and Olive and citrus fruit trees to the rear and a charming feature rockery of cactus and aloe vera plants beside the patio. The swimming pool (4x8M) has Roman Steps. There is also a pool shower and outside taps. Exterior lights are positioned to the front of the property and above the patio doors, front and back doors ready for you to sit outdoors and enjoy the warm summer evenings.

Anarita village has 2 taverns, a coffee shop, kiosk, co-op mini market, primary school (Greek) and a sports bar all within walking distance and the neighbourhood is very friendly. For families The International school of Paphos is only a 15 min drive. Golfers are spoilt for choice as both the Secret Valley and the Aphrodite Hills are only a short 10-15 minutes drive. The Sunday market at Timi is only 2 kms away.
