In the end of May in ЦДХ within the limits of II Moscow architecture biennial has taken place delivery of the new annual all-Russian award "ArhiWood" - for the best architectural construction from a tree. On competition conditions, on the award "ArhiWood-2010" any projects and constructions of the Russian architects with the tree use, constructed or designed within a year - since March 2009 till March 2010 were put forward.

The award "ArhiWood-2010" was handed over on five nominations: "Project", "Function", "Art object", "Konstruktiv" and "the Tree in furnish". The best works were chosen by professional jury of the award which structure included known architects. Separate voting was spent and among nonprofessionals: any interested person could vote for the pleasant works. As a result of an award have received 10 objects - on 2 in each nomination.
