Nissi beach is approx 5 minutes walk which is the best beach on the island it also has extensive range of water sports and scuba diving. Ayia napa town and marina are only 2km away and ayia napa award winning waterpark is a 5 minute drive from the villa.

Plenty of restaurants and shops are just a short distance away.
